NDC specialises in the repair, service exchange and supply of all makes and models of elevator drives worldwide. With custom-built elevator drive test rigs and state-of-the-art repair facilities, they can inspect, test, identify and repair faults in drive units from all elevator drive manufacturers.

The Brief

After meeting the client at a networking event, they contacted WYN to request support with a broad range of ad hoc marketing communication activities from strategy to exhibitions and digital messaging.

With no in-house marketing department and branches in Spain, Germany, and the US, NDC required a fast and flexible approach to strategic and practical projects.

The Solution

As this client relies on WYN for regular ad hoc support, WYN must offer a quick response with comprehensive and clear guidance on strategy, options and alternatives.

Projects have included creating and delivering a sustainability video and warranty animation (including script, creative, storyboard, videography and editing), exhibition stands and promotional items, emailers, customer satisfaction surveys, stationery and web updates.
